CHIPLEY, FL – Washington County residents are invited to a crucial community workshop next month focused on sustainable water conservation efforts. Organized by the Washington County Environmental Coalition, the event aims to educate residents on practical ways to reduce water usage, protect local water resources, and understand the long-term impact of conservation.

The workshop will feature presentations from local environmental experts, including hydrologists and conservation specialists, who will discuss topics such as xeriscaping, rainwater harvesting, efficient irrigation techniques, and the importance of preserving the county's natural springs and aquifers. There will also be interactive demonstrations and opportunities for Q&A.
